Apply to clean, wet hair. Rake or shingle in small sections from roots to ends. To dry, use a diffuser or hooded dryer.

Tip: Pop Lock is most effective on "naked" hair. For best results, DO NOT apply oil, other stylers, or leave-in conditioner before styling with this product.
