How Do I Know If a Product will be Suitable/Work For My Hair?
Just like us, our curls are individual and what works for one person may not work for another.
We provide descriptions and ingredients lists for all our products to help you navigate which products will work for your hair type, however, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a product will work for you. Sometimes it is a case of trying a few different products until you find products that suit you.
Wherever possible we will offer travel sizes of products.
We do not accept returns for items that have been unsealed, opened or used.
Are The Products You Sell Genuine?
Yes, the products we sell are 100% genuine. We source products directly from the brand (90%) or their official distributor/wholesaler (10%).
We guarantee that all products are:
- In original manufacturers packaging.
- Have not been used and returned and re-sold.
- Have not been diluted, or altered in any way.
You can also find us listed as authorised retailers on most of the brands websites.
Are the Product Ingredients Listed Correctly?
The ingredients listed for each product are from the manufacturer and we do our best to keep these up to date, but from time to time, manufacturers may make changes to their ingredients.
If you are unsure or would like to double check the ingredients list then please contact us.
What Delivery Options Do You Offer?
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48)- £3.99- 2-3 working days after dispatch.
Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24)- £4.99- 1-2 working days after dispatch.
Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50.00. This is for the total order value including any discount.
When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
We dispatch all orders within 24 hours/next working day. We do not process orders on weekends or bank holidays.
How Long Will Delivery Take?
You should receive your order within 3-4 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive email confirmation. Please track your order using the link provided.
Please note that the estimated delivery times are not guaranteed by Royal Mail. Please allow up to 7 days after dispatch for your order to be delivered. If your tracking information has not been updated or if your order has not been delivered after 7 days, please get in touch with us and we will contact Royal Mail to investigate this further.
Which Countries Do You Deliver To?
We currently only deliver to the UK.
Can I Collect my Order?
No, we are an online store. Products can only be purchased through our website and shipped by our couriers.
Can I Cancel an Order?
If you wish to cancel your order then please contact us as soon as possible so that we can cancel your order before it is dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel the order. Alternatively, you will need either need to refuse delivery so that your order is returned to sender or you will need to arrange to return your order to us for a refund.
When will I Receive an Update on My Order?
When you place an order with us, you will receive an Order Notification Email.
Once your order has been dispatched (24 hours later/next working day) you will receive a Shipping Notification Email with your tracking number.
You will also receive delivery notifications directly from Royal Mail.
Please ensure you check your junk/spam folder for these emails.
What Do I Do If My Order Has Arrived Damaged?
We take care when packing your purchases, however, unfortunately, damage can occur during transit.
If this has happened please take pictures and email us, info@curlcare.uk as soon as you have received your order and within 7 days and we will advise you further.
What Do I Do If I've Received Incorrect/Missing Items?
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately and within 7 days of the date of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
We take care when packing your orders and have procedures in place to prevent incorrect/missing items and we will investigate this further.
Please take pictures of the condition the parcel arrived in, as well as of the damage and leaks. Without pictures of the package we are unable to investigate. Please forward them to info@curlcare.uk and we will advise you of the next step.
Can I Return an Item?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, after the date on which you received the goods. Following this, you then have a further 14 days after you've notified us to return the goods.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused, in original packaging with all tamper-resistant seals intact, in a re-saleable condition.
We are unable to offer a refund on accessories due to hygiene reasons.
If you would like to arrange a return you have 14 days after the date on which you received your goods to notify us of a return and a further 14 days to return the goods.
Please note, you will need to arrange and pay for return postage. Postage on returned items is not covered.
How Do I Arrange a Return?
We hope you will be happy with your Curl Care purchase, however, if you would like to start a return, please contact us at info@curlcare.uk.
You will be responsible for arranging your return and paying for return postage. Please note, postage on returned items is non-refundable.
Please return the product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition.
If item(s) exceed £25 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How Long Does a Refund Take?
Once we have reviewed your return and providing the items are unopened, unused, in original packaging with all tamper-resistant seals intact, and in a re-saleable condition, will notify you by email of your refund.
When your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be posted on your bank statement.
Is Your Packaging Environmentally Friendly?
Curl Care is an environmentally conscious company.
Our cardboard boxes, paper-tape, stickers and cards are all recyclable.
Our loose void fill is 100% compostable (EN13432), water-soluble, reusable and recyclable.
