For Hair: Apply a dime-sized amount of oil through your hair to help lock in moisture. 

To use as a hot oil treatment:

1. Warm oil in microwave for thirty seconds. 
2. Allow to cool for one minute. 
3. Apply oil to wet hair and cover with a shower cap for twenty-five minutes. 
4. Rinse out and condition as usual. 

For Skin: Apply to dry skin areas as needed.
