Step 1- After cleansing your hair, gently blot excess water from your hair and apply a couple of pumps of conditioner to the palm of your hand.

Step 2- Comb through into your hair using your finger tips with a focus on the ends.

Step 3-Place a shower cap on and leave on for 10-15 minutes.

Step 4-Then rinse out thoroughly with warm water.
