Step 1 – Prepare your hair:
Assess the condition of your curls: Are they flat, frizzy, or limp?You can use the Refresh Spray on both dry and slightly damp curls. For very dry hair, lightly dampening it can enhance the effect.

Step 2 – Spray evenly:
Shake the spray bottle briefly and then spray it evenly onto your curls from a distance of about 15–20 cm.It's best to work in sections to ensure every strand is covered.
💡 Tip – Focus especially on:

• the hair surface (to combat frizz),
• curls that have lost their shape,
• the front sections or the back of the head, which often tends to droop quickly.
  

Step 3 – Redefine curls:
Now gently scrunch your curls upwards to restore their pattern and natural bounce. You can use your hands or, if needed, a styling brush (e.g., Rainbow Curls or Behairful) for extra smoothness and definition.

Step 4 – Optional: Serum for maximum definition:
For an especially intense refresh, Curl Bites recommends following up with the 2 Minute Refresh Serum. The spray hydrates and revitalizes – the serum defines and smooths.

Step 5 – Dry:
Let your hair air dry or use a diffuser to enhance volume at the roots. Avoid touching your hair as much as possible while it dries to preserve the new definition.
