Before washing your hair: Apply the hair tonic evenly to your scalp before washing your hair and leave it on for about 5-10 minutes. Massage it into your scalp with your hands in circular, massaging movements or with a scalp massaging brush, paying particular attention to pampering thinning areas.

For daily use : Apply the hair tonic evenly to the scalp twice a day and massage it in, do not rinse. Allow it to dry briefly and then style your hair as usual. Use it for at least 3 months for an effective result.
